Vibrant Midlife Mastery is offered 4 times a year. The program is live and so you’ll be working through the modules with your cohort.
Videos, resources and Coaching call recordings are all on Learn+ which is an online learning platform. This is easy to navigate and just requires your name and password to login.
Yes! I have a private online group for this community. You’ll be invited to join this community as soon as you sign up.
Coaching calls will be held via Zoom and will be held weekly on Thursdays. You’ll be invited to a series of 10 calls. The calls are scheduled for Thursdays at Noon PST/2pm EST and 8pm UK time.
You can submit any questions you have in advance of each weekly call. Each call will be recorded and the recording will be posted in the Learn + online portal. If your question is personal then submit your questions in advance and I’ll record a private video just for you.
I am so confident that if you do the work and take action, you’ll get results. If at the end of the 10 weeks, you can show that you’ve done all the work, attended a minimum of 9 group coaching sessions, participated in the community chat and have not gotten any positive results, then I will refund the program cost (the functional medicine lab test(s) is non-refundable).
