When I changed my diet, I transformed my life. I started eating clean foods and my tummy bloat went away, I didn’t have to take naps during the day to survive and my brain fog disappeared. My alopecia aerate (autoimmune hair loss) also started to reverse so I could finally ditch the wig! 

It was so hard to live my life feeling tired all the time, wearing a wig, not being able to connect my thoughts to my mouth and to keep gaining weight even though I worked out.
