Organic Acids Test

This is an at-home urine waste metabolite test that includes markers for intestinal microbiome (fungal and bacteria), vitamins, mitochondria, neurotransmitters and indicators of detoxification.

When you place the order, you’ll receive a test kit in the mail. Just follow the instructions for collection, ship it back to the lab with the paid postage envelope and wait for the results. When the results arrive, you’ll receive an invitation to book a zoom appointment to review your results and receive recommendations.

This is a great test to take if you have food sensitivities, digestive issues, skin issues and brain fog. The reason being that some or all of these symptoms can be rooted in microbiome imbalances. Because this test has over 70 biomarkers, I can create a personalized protocol to rebalance your body.

This is an at-home blood spot IGG test that includes 96 foods plus yeast. This test checks your body’s IGG response to specific food proteins.

Your results will show you which specific foods are causing inflammation in your body. You’ll also see if your body is mounting a defense against a pathogenic form of candida (yeast).

Based on your results, I’ll provide a food elimination and reintroduction plan to help you fine tune your diet to reduce inflammation. Clients who have followed my recommendations for food eliminations have experienced reduced bloating and digestive issues, weight loss and more energy.

Mycotox Test

This is an at-home urine waste metabolite test that checks for 11 common mycotoxins. Mycotoxins are toxins produced by molds.

Mycotoxins are neurotoxic (contribute to anxiety, depression, anger outbursts, and brain fog), hormone-disrupting, and can also be a root cause of some autoimmune conditions. With these results, we can determine which types of mold species you may be currently exposed to or have had past exposure to. Mold can reside in your body long after exposure and can be persistent in keeping their home.

With the results, I will help you troubleshoot where your exposure may be coming from and help you develop a plan of action to begin correcting any current environmental exposure. Next, I’ll provide you with a protocol to help you detox the
