Hi, I’m Jessica. It took me years to feel this good. Let me show you a shortcut.
When you take out all the toxic things from your body, mind and environment and replace them with nourishing things, your body naturally heals.
This has a ripple effect on everyone around you!
There are over 84,000 human made chemicals and most of these have been created in the past 50 years and at concentrations in our environment never before seen. It’s no wonder why chronic illness is on the rise today.
Even though I worked for 20 years first in landscape architecture and then in sustainable building, somehow environmental impact on my health eluded me.
“Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves.” – Chief Seattle
This became clearer to me as I started getting sick, first with allergy and gut issues and then later with autoimmune challenges.
It’s amazing though how the body can heal. When you remove toxic things in your life and add back in the nourishment needed then you thrive!
