I don’t know about you but I just don’t have time to spend all day in the kitchen. This super easy and foolproof bread recipe turns out soft fluffy bread. It’s great for making sandwiches and french toast with!
Makes one loaf

Ingredients:

1 cup raw cashew nut butter

3 large eggs

1 tbsp vinegar

1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease your bread pan (I use a glass Pyrex one) with coconut oil. I like to line the bottom with parchment paper as well to make it come out more easily. You can also just use parchment paper in lieu of coconut oil.

2. In a stand mixer (you can also use a hand mixer) combine all ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth. There should be no lumps.

3. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
